"He has very little time to prove himself, the grace period that characterised the euphoria after his arrival is starting to run out. He can achieve this if he takes the initiative from Leclerc. It is not a short-term project, but the good news for Lewis is that he has already - at least on a marketing level - managed to achieve it."
"His success depends on whether he can take the team from Leclerc, whether he can make the team his own. He has to do that, but not only commercially, but also physically on the track. He has to get pole position, he has to win, he has to prove himself as a championship challenger," the former world champion said of the other former world champion.
