Ralf Schumacher is simply joking about what is happening at Scuderia Ferrari, in my opinion. One of the most prestigious teams, which is trying to win the championship, made such mistakes over the weekend that they would be laughed at even in some entry-level junior series.
As a result, both drivers from the team were expelled after the Chinese Grand Prix, which, according to Schumacher, will have serious consequences:
"To put it mildly, Charles Leclerc was missing one part of the car. The missing piece was two kilograms, which should definitely be taken into account, and besides... At this level of engineering, one should already be preparing with a safety margin. This is nothing more than pure chemical incompetence. The case of Lewis Hamilton is unfortunately even worse and raises stronger questions. After Saturday's sprint, they should have known how worn the floor was. And what happened... I believe that this will have serious consequences, personal consequences!
"They won't make such a huge mistake, and they can't just let it go. Their pace was enough to close a great weekend, but what they showed on Sunday is simply ridiculous, unacceptable, it's not Ferrari-level work, with such a performance they don't want to be champions." - Schumacher expressed his disappointed but justified opinion.
