Six drivers will enter the race circuit in 2025, for whom it will be their first full F1 season. The number of newcomers is unprecedented, and that's why even the official F1 channel didn't want to be embarrassed!
Taking advantage of this situation, the idea came up: why not create a documentary film that would present the development of young drivers? Thus came Rookies, which in 50 minutes provides a glimpse into the rise of Gabriel Bortoleto, Kimi Antonelli, Isack Hadjar, Jack Doohan and Oliver Bearman. Childhood dreams, behind-the-scenes moments, arrival on the threshold of F1... The film promises never-before-seen footage, enriched with exclusive interviews with people who actively contributed to the young drivers' search for their path.
A new generation has arrived.

One such person was F2 and F3 leader Bruno Michel, who shares his thoughts on the five drivers and how proud he is that these boys can all be F1 drivers today. We also look at how F2 and F3 prepare young drivers for their professional careers. According to F1, the film was "innovative and personal" and is now available to F1TV Access and F1TV Pro subscribers.
