A victory is beautiful, a championship title is even more beautiful, but perhaps the most beautiful thing is when your rivals recognize you. Especially when they are the ones you look up to as role models.
Max Verstappen has never hidden how much he respects and likes Fernando Alonso. Now Alonso has not... One of the greatest champions of all time, if not the greatest, paid tribute to Verstappen and at the same time pointed out a very interesting thing:

Not only because he won his fourth title, but also because he won it with a car that was definitely not dominant. We've often seen flashes from him that aren't caused by the car, but by his genes. The best example is the Brazilian Grand Prix, where he showed what true talent means.
