Oscar Piasti has set the bar high over the last two years and he wants to raise it even higher this year. The Australian is not content with second place and wants to win the individual title in addition to the constructors' title!
He finished 9th in his first season, 4th in his second, and this year he is clearly and vaguely aiming for the individual world championship title:
"I think I have a chance to be the favourite to win the 2025 World Championship. I know I still have room to improve and learn, but I've reached a stage where there are days when I'm equipped with everything I need to win. I just have to put things together. Many people said I lacked balance, but balance alone won't make you successful, you also need raw speed and good tyre control. I see that I had to make progress in qualifying, put my laps together better.
"I've made things difficult for myself many times by finishing just a few places behind the available position... Now I've reached a stage where I just have to put things together. We're already fighting at the front, it shows a lot more here if you're not doing something really well, but I feel like I already have everything I need to win the World Championships," Oscar Piastri declared boldly.
