According to a Red Bull Racing advisor, Lewis Hamilton is in big trouble and can no longer hide it. The Briton's hopelessness is completely obvious.
Helmut Marko claims that Hamilton has already fallen apart this year, and he is focusing on the next one with all his nerves:
"The truth is that I see him as very hopeless. I think he is already expecting the rule changes and his race car for 2026 and hopes that Scuderia Ferrari will build a car this time that will suit him much better and with which he will have a chance to win his eighth world title."
Frederic Vasseur himself does not deny that Hamilton has not been feeling his best lately, but according to the team boss, this can only be to his advantage:
"He is certainly under pressure because he finished seventh while Charles Leclerc was on the podium. But I think he can turn that into a virtue because the real problem would be if he was satisfied. He is not, he is hungry for success, motivated, and he is an extraordinary competitive personality who always wants to give his best. He does not always succeed in that, so his disappointment is understandable. Now we just have to work and rule everything out, and I support him 2,000 percent to find his true form."
