It goes without saying that the fact that the team has split could really benefit the 2025 season, which promises to be much more spicy than the previous two. Horner probably feels this too, as he commented on the big catch of his great rival:
"I've seen a few pictures of him in a Ferrari overall and what can I say, I think it suits him very well! And let's not forget that this move, Lewis' transfer, is great news for the whole Formula 1 world championship. Hamilton at Ferrari, it really breaks the bank! It further enriches the dynamic, which already sounds exciting in itself. I think the four teams can be really good and competitive, I think the competition will be very close. McLaren is really improving, I'm sure Scuderia Ferrari will be strong as well, and Mercedes wants to prove itself as well. So it could be an amazing season, please place your bets!" - praised and joked at the same time the boss of the Red Bull Racing team.
