Not everyone was happy with Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing at the joint presentation held at London's O2 Arena. Perhaps understandably, the four-time world champion is not happy about it and would boycott similar events in the future...
It was almost clear from Verstappen's face that he was not very pleased with the London circus, and Jos Verstappen also revealed that based on the audience's reaction, his son felt disgusted by the whole situation:
"Personally, I would describe what happened to the Red Bull Racing team as shameful. This event is supposed to promote Formula 1, and yet one of the greatest champions of the sport is booed... Max told me that he doesn't want to experience it again, and if such an event takes place in the future - as long as it's held in England - he certainly doesn't want to participate. The truth is that I have to agree with him. He does everything for the sport, he was there to serve the spectators and of course to present the colors of the car. But when you encounter such circumstances, then the question arises: What did I come here for? And that it was the last opportunity." - Verstappen's father interpreted his son's dissatisfaction.
